 Ed Justen is a seven year veteran of the Apple Store, working as both trainer and technician during that time. Over the years he has trained and taught people to use their computers in an efficient manner.

Have you ever walked by the Apple Store and wondered what all the buzz is about? Apple’s innovative products have revolutionized the way we work, consume media, and communicate. Join Ed Justen, an experienced Apple user, as he talks about the value of embracing Apple computers, iPhones, iPods and iPads to your life. During this session Ed will discuss common misperceptions and objections to owning a Mac, teach you how to dissect Mac computer specifications, and discuss the Apple ecosystem. If you’ve been afraid or intimidated to walk into an Apple Store, this is your chance to find out what the buzz is all about!

Going further on a Mac and iDevice: Tips and tricks

Now that you’ve made the move to the world’s most advanced operating system for computers and personal devices, why not learn a few tricks and tips to really make it sing. There are usually three to five different ways to do anything on a Mac; you need to learn the right one that works for you. During this fun session we’ll talk about keyboard and trackpad tricks, command key combinations, and advanced search techniques on Apple computers, and discuss a few iPhone/iPad tricks and tips that will make your life easier.
Plus he will be available to talk to you about your Mac at our Help Center.
